Sharing
Use the share feature in H2R Gear to share you plan with others. This is handy for showing a freelancer what gear you are bringing, teaching a classroom about your AV setup or just sending a copy to a friend.
Sharing a plan
Within any plan you can open the share modal but clicking on the Share button at the bottom.
The share modal is where you can configure your share options and copy a link to your plan.
Share options are:
- Only me: This plan can only be opened by you when you are logged in.
- Anyone with the link: Anyone with a link to your plan can view it. They cannot edit the plan.
- My team (view and edit): Team feature only. Anyone on your team can see and edit your plan.
- My team (view and edit) and anyone with the link (view only): Team feature only. Anyone on your team can see and edit your plan. Anyone with the link can view it.
